This group therapy series empowers emotional healing through changing how we feel in our body. Traditional talk therapy often helps change thoughts or behaviors, but somatic therapy helps heal physical effects of trauma. Guided gentle movement helps us identify and release unregulated emotions, supporting the nervous system to respond in new ways. Perfect For You If: You find yourself either anxious or avoiding important people or activities; You feel invisible, overly responsible, or disconnected; You’re grieving a loss (of relationship, safety, identity, or future).
